Williamsburg Flight Center’s Maintenance Shop is a full-service maintenance facility, and we have the best people to keep your plane flying. We are fully insured and guarantee our work.​ Our facility offers a wide range of aircraft maintenance services to cater to your needs. ANNUALS & 100HR INSPECTIONS
$110/HR

General aviation aircraft must undergo annual inspections to replace worn-out parts and identify potential issues. If an aircraft’s operation involves flight instruction, it must pass a 100-hour inspection. Our mechanics have professional knowledge and experience in carrying out these inspections. 

AIRCRAFT MODIFICATIONS & REPAIRS
$110/HR

We offer modifications to add features or new equipment to your aircraft or to strengthen damaged areas. Our mechanics repair aircraft assemblies, systems and parts to ensure they function within acceptable limits. Undertaking repairs allows potential issues to be addressed and helps prevent major problems.

AIRCRAFT REFURBISHING
$110/HR

Our refurbishing services increase the style, comfort and functionality of aircraft. We provide high-quality updates, full interior remodeling and sectional features. We can refurbish everything from seat upholstery to lighting, countertops, walls and flooring. Aircraft refurbishment is a good investment for aviation companies, private jet owners and resellers. 

CORROSION PREVENTION & TREATMENT
$350

Corrosion can alter an aircraft’s operational efficiency and safety. Our technicians use quality corrosion-resistant coatings and nondestructive testing techniques to prevent corrosion in the landing gear and other components. Preventing corrosion helps avoid flight delays or cancellations due to corrosion-related issues. 

AIRCRAFT UPGRADES
$110/HR

Most operational aircraft manufactured long ago are still in use. Avionics allows plane owners to upgrade their older planes’ performance and value. If your aircraft is turbine-powered, our avionics upgrades can lower maintenance costs and improve aircraft safety during operation. Some upgrades add convenience features, safety features or both. Regardless of your upgrade choices, each increases your plane’s value.

Outstanding family run flight school, or just a really unique experience seeing the Williamsburg area from the air if you are visiting. They give great air tours of the Historic Triangle area!
